About DES Coaching
Meet Stephanie York
Stephanie is not your ordinary executive coach. With a background as diverse as the seas she sails, she brings a wave of inspiration to every client she encounters. Since founding DES Coaching (Don’t Ever Stop) in 2008, Stephanie has embodied the ethos of relentless pursuit. Growing up amidst the tranquility of an Ohio farm, she never imagined her heart would belong to the open waters. Yet Stephanie found herself drawn to the thrill of sailing, enjoying years of great adventures, from crewing on sailboats in the Channel Islands, to mastering big ocean racing by traveling 750 miles with no motor in the Race to Alaska.
But Stephanie’s passion doesn’t stop with the wind in her sails. Armed with a Master’s degree in organizational leadership and a zeal for Transformational Leadership, she flies around the country igniting the flames of success in corporate executives and business owners alike. From leading sales team training programs to delivering motivational speeches, she leaves a wake of inspired minds in her path. Yet amidst the hustle and bustle, Stephanie draws her true joy from forging personal connections, working one-on-one with clients to unlock their full potential.
Whether she’s racing through the waves or charting a course for professional growth, Stephanie embodies the spirit of relentless pursuit. For anyone seeking true transformation, she’s not just a coach – she’s a beacon of possibility. Reach out to her at coaching@descoaching.com and discover the power of passion unleashed.
